Who we are

Nichols Enterprises LLC ("Nichols," "we," "us") is a limited liability company operating a character-based lease-to-own commercial truck program in the Carolinas since 2014. Our office is at 25 Flowers Street, Yemassee, SC 29945.

What information we collect

We collect only what you send us. When you call, text, or email us — or click a "Call" or "Email" link on this site — you may share:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Driver credentials (CDL class, endorsements, MVR — only if you enter our program)
• Program details you tell us (truck of interest, timeline, questions about qualifying)

The website itself sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics, and asks for nothing on the page. Every action link on this site is a click-to-call or click-to-email — you send it from your own device, on your terms.

How we use it

We use what you send us to:

• Answer questions about the truck lease-to-own program
• Schedule yard walks, ride-alongs, and program orientation
• Process program applications and driver onboarding
• Contact you about your lease (payment reminders, maintenance windows, program updates)
• Send invoices, receipts, and settlement statements
• Comply with tax, accounting, DOT, and licensing requirements

We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't share it with advertisers.

When we share it

We share your information only when we have to:

• Service partners — our dispatchers see driver contact info for load assignments; our accountant sees invoice records for tax prep; our insurance broker sees driver info for policy binding.
• Regulatory — the FMCSA, DOT, IRS, and state agencies may see driver + program records where law requires.
• Legal requirements — a court order, subpoena, or government request we are legally required to comply with.
• Business transfers — if we ever sell the business, buyers would receive customer records as part of the sale.

How we protect it

Customer and driver information lives in our email inbox, our accounting system (QuickBooks Online), and our program records. Access is limited to Nicholas Andrade (owner) and a small team of trusted operators. Strong passwords and two-factor authentication on every account.

SMS / text messaging

If you opt in to SMS from Nichols Enterprises LLC — by giving verbal consent during a phone call to (803) 686-3121, which we confirm with a written SMS confirmation — you agree to receive SMS messages about your inquiry, program participation, or lease (yard-walk confirmations, program status, payment reminders, maintenance windows, invoice notifications, and answers to your inbound questions).

Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or visit nichols-ent.com.

Nichols Enterprises LLC will not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile information or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and SMS opt-in status stay with Nichols Enterprises LLC for our operational use only.

How long we keep it

We keep customer, driver, and program records for as long as our accountant, the IRS, and DOT regulations require us to — currently at least seven years from the last transaction — plus reasonable additional time for warranty and program-history questions. After that, records are archived and eventually purged.

Your rights

You can:

• Ask what we have about you — we'll tell you within 30 days
• Ask us to correct anything wrong
• Ask us to delete records where we're allowed (tax and DOT law require some records be kept for a set period)

Just email or call. No forms, no accounts, no runaround.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No advertising trackers. If we ever add basic analytics, we'll update this page first and pick tools that respect your privacy.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log routine access data (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and abuse prevention — that's standard for any Cloudflare-hosted site. Their own privacy statement covers what they do with it.

Kids

Nichols services are for adults with a valid commercial driver's license or a legitimate business inquiry. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and bump the "Effective date" at the top. Material changes (like starting analytics or partnering with a data service) we'll flag prominently.
